Donations recently funded the following projects and initiatives:

Working together to provide the greatest need fund by financing capital projects, equipment and programs that improve patient care and overall community health.

The Employee Project Fund (EPF) is a giving program that allows RAMC employees to make a direct difference within our organization. Employees can contribute through voluntary payroll deductions or one-time gifts, with funds supporting projects and needs that directly benefit patients, residents, and staff.

People give to RAMC Foundation because their support directly strengthens local healthcare, funds essential programs, and protects access to care in a rural community where every dollar makes a visible difference.

Support Local Healthcare Access
RAMC is a not‑for‑profit medical center that relies on donor support to maintain and expand high‑quality healthcare services. Rural communities across Wisconsin have lost hospitals, but RAMC has remained strong because of donor investment, helping “protect the gem we have in RAMC.”

Fund Programs That Improve Lives
Donations directly fund high‑impact initiatives such as: Behavioral health expansion, Medication assistance programs, Pediatric therapy equipment, Nursing scholarships, Emergency equipment (AEDs, transport chairs, PPE), Community health programs like Seal‑A‑Smile and Cribs 4 Kids. These programs reach thousands of individuals each year, especially those facing financial or access barriers.

Strengthen the Senior Life Center
The Foundation also supports the Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center, helping enhance resident care, transportation, and quality‑of‑life programs.

Make a Personal, Meaningful Impact

The Foundation highlights giving as a way to:

  • Honor loved ones
  • Celebrate life events
  • Express gratitude for care
  • Support neighbors in need

The Foundation manages millions in charitable assets and distributes funds responsibly to RAMC and the Senior Life Center. It is a long‑standing 501(c)(3) with transparent financials and strong community partnerships.

Help Us Grow The Distance

Since 1902, RAMC has strived to be “…always there, going beyond the expected to provide compassionate, quality and efficient healthcare.” To continue to deliver on that promise, we added a new medical building to our campus. Unlike some hospitals, we are a not-for-profit organization and depend on the generous support of our donors to make large capital projects possible. We have watched as too many rural communities have lost local access to high-quality healthcare. Thanks to the commitment of our staff, our community, and supporters like you, we have protected the gem we have in RAMC.

Thank you to the many generous donors who helped make the new RAMC Physicians Group a reality. With this new, larger building we are confident we can continue to meet the needs of the community we all care so deeply about.
