Why Sleep Matters
According to the National Institutes of Health, 50 to 70 million Americans are affected by chronic sleep disorders. Sleep disorders can significantly affect your health, making it difficult to perform your everyday tasks. If left untreated, sleep disorders increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke, along with fatigue-related accidents and depression. Thus, contributing to poor work, school and social performance. Good sleep is important to good health!
