Strong Women

Strong Women is a 12-week exercise program that focuses on progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities for women of all ages, but especially geared for mid-life and older.

Classes meet for a 12-week period in the lower level Exercise Room at the Specialty Center. Cost is just $35.
