Our massage services include:

Cupping Massage
Cupping Massage uses suction created by negative pressure to loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. Clients experience a deep warmths—a deep tissue massage without the discomfort.

Hot Stone Massage
This massage uses heated, smooth, basalt stones to massage the body. They can be laid on particular points of the body, including the back, face and between the toes. The effect is relief of pain, sinus congestion and an overall sedative effect on the body.

Therapeutic Massage
Deep muscle massage with long strokes and kneading techniques.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage
Relaxation massage is another way that the body, mind and soul can rejuvenate itself by letting go of the everyday stresses that take over our lives.

Prenatal Massage (after 1st trimester)
Relaxation Massage during pregnancy focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience.

Warm Bamboo Massage
This massage uses heated, smooth bamboo sticks to massage the body. The sticks provide for more
effective deep tissue work.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping the skin with a massage tool to improve circulation. The effect is relief of pain and stiffness, allergic inflammation and overall relaxation.

Thai Massage with Holly only (60 minutes)
Thai Massage is an ancient way of healing the body through acupressure points, energy lines and a series of movements that stretch the limbs and unblock energy pathways. Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. During the 60-minute session, you can expect deep stretches like one might achieve during a yoga session. The therapist uses her hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of stretches, leaving you feeling both relaxed and energized. You are fully dressed and no oil is applied.

Benefits of Thai Massage

  • Increased energy
  • Releases points of tension in the body

CranioSacral with Holly only (60 minute)
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a gentle touch—starting with about the weight of a nickle—practitioners evaluate your internal environment. Then they use distinctive light touch techniques to release any restrictions they find.

Infant Massage
Studies show that infants receiving massage benefit with increased circulation, deeper sleep patterns, reduced colic symptoms and more efficient digestion. Parent instruction included.
