Urgent Care Hours:
Monday-Friday opens at 3 p.m. - closes at 9 p.m.
Weekends opens at 10 a.m. - closes at 6 p.m.
Holidays - call for current hours
ER is open and physician staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
The Urgent Care Center sees the following minor medical needs:
• Earaches
• Colds and Flu
• Minor Aches and Pains
• Skin Irritations
• Simple Sprains and Strains
• Sore Throat
• Scrapes and Bruises
• Urinary Tract Infections
• Pink Eye
Each case will be assessed for Urgent Care or Emergency Care status.
Walk-Ins Only — Appointments are not taken. We’ll do our best to serve you as quickly as possible.
RAMC’s Urgent Care Center is staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
Emergency Room
At Reedsburg Area Medical Center, a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals, along with up-to-date diagnostic technology, are available 24-hours a day. The staff at RAMC is here to meet your physical, social, educational, emotional and spiritual needs.
Our Emergency Room staff offers:
• Staff trained in Trauma Care
• All staff certified in Advanced Cardiac Life
Support
• SANE (Sexual Assualt Nurse Exams)
• Laboratory and Radiology Services, including an in-house CT Scanner, available 24 hours a day
• Specialists in all fields on call
• Transport Services - In those cases where an illness or accident requires treatment at a specialty facility, Reedsburg Area Medical Center utilizes helicopter transport accompanied by a special team. Ground transport services also available providing paramedic, nursing or EMT services.

— your 24/7 automated prescription medication dispenser. InstyMeds is conveniently located in the ER/Urgent Care entrance, eliminating the need for you to stop and wait at a pharmacy when you’re not feeling well or are in pain.
