Home Health United is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) health care agency with 10 offices serving 23 counties in south central/western Wisconsin.
They offer skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, companion caregivers, immunizations, medical social services, home medical equipment and Meals on Wheels (in Madison, Middleton and Monona).
Hospice is provided outside of Dane and Rock counties. Service areas are: Madison, Baraboo, Portage, Reedsburg, Sauk Prairie, Janesville.
